Data Source

All dispatch and incident data displayed on MCFRLive is sourced from the Martin County Fire Rescue public Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) feed, which is made available to the public by Martin County. MCFRLive polls this public feed at regular intervals and displays the data it receives. We do not have access to any private, restricted, or confidential dispatch systems, radio communications, or internal MCFR systems.

No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness, or Timeliness

While we strive to display data as accurately and promptly as possible, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any information displayed on the Service. Specifically:

Accuracy: Dispatch data is displayed substantially as received from the public CAD feed. We do not independently verify incident types, locations, unit assignments, or any other details. Errors in the source data will be reflected on the Service.
Completeness: The public CAD feed may not include all incidents or all details about any given incident. Some incident types or details may be withheld from the public feed by the source agency. Our Service can only display what the public feed provides.
Timeliness: Data displayed on the Service may be delayed. Delays can result from our polling interval (approximately 30 seconds), delays in the source feed, server processing time, network latency, or service outages. Information displayed should never be assumed to reflect real-time conditions.
Availability: The Service may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, server issues, CAD feed outages, or other technical or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Weather data displayed on the Service is sourced from the National Weather Service (NWS) and is provided for general informational purposes. Map and Location Data

Map views and location data displayed on the Service are derived from geocoding of address information in the CAD feed and are approximate. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and may contain inaccuracies. Pinned locations on the map may not correspond to the precise location of an incident. Do not use map data from the Service for navigation, property boundary determination, or any purpose requiring precise location information.
